New Millionaire Emerges in Ireland After Lotto Plus Raffle Win

A fortunate player has become Ireland’s latest millionaire after winning a special €1 million Lotto Plus raffle prize. The winning ticket, associated with the raffle number 3184, was purchased at a Centra store in Cappamore, Co. Limerick. In total, more than 79,000 players secured various prizes during the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws held on the evening of March 15, 2024.
The special raffle offered an exciting opportunity for participants, resulting in 81 winners. While most of these winners received €500 each, one lucky individual saw their prize significantly boosted to €1 million. Lotto officials encourage players in the region to verify their tickets to see if they hold the winning number.
Unclaimed Jackpots and Other Prizes
In addition to the raffle triumph, the main Lotto draw produced a jackpot of €2,716,556, which remains unclaimed. The numbers drawn included 1, 4, 37, 38, 40, and 43, with a bonus number of 16. Remarkably, one player matched five of these numbers alongside the bonus, earning a substantial prize of €404,840. Meanwhile, the top prize of €1 million in the Lotto Plus One draw also went unclaimed, with winning numbers being 18, 29, 31, 33, 35, and 42.
The Lotto Plus Two draw faced a similar fate, as the top prize of €250,000 also went unclaimed. The winning numbers for this draw were 3, 26, 32, 33, 35, and 38, with a bonus number of 12. Players in Co. Limerick are advised to check their tickets closely to ensure they do not miss out on potential winnings.
Recent EuroMillions Success
This news follows another significant win in the EuroMillions draw, where a player claimed €500,000 after matching all five numbers. The winning ticket for this draw was purchased on the day of the event at Dunnes Stores in the Kilnamanagh Shopping Centre located in Tallaght, Co. Dublin. The winning numbers for this draw were 14, 16, 35, 41, and 45. Additionally, 50 players matched four numbers, each receiving €2,000.
As excitement builds around these wins, players are reminded to keep their tickets safe and sign them immediately.
