Luke Littler Surprises Parents with £1 Million Dream Home
World Darts champion Luke Littler has made a remarkable gesture for his parents by purchasing a luxurious home valued at approximately £1 million. This generous gift, which he describes as a “forever home,” is situated in the town of Warrington, Cheshire, where Littler grew up. The acquisition comes after his impressive victory against Gian van Veen at Alexandra Palace earlier this month, netting him a significant payday that places him among the elite back-to-back World Championship winners.
Littler, only 18 years old, has acquired a stunning five-bedroom house that boasts an array of modern amenities. Estate agents characterize the property as a “stunning extended family home,” featuring a hot tub, solar panels, and a spacious open-plan kitchen ideal for entertaining guests.
The young darts player previously rented a property costing £6,000 a month, sharing the space with his mother, Lisa, and father, Anthony. The past year has been nothing short of extraordinary for Littler, allowing him and his family to make this significant move to their new residence. According to a report from the Daily Mail, a source close to Littler stated that he envisions the new home as a permanent space for his parents.
The source noted, “Luke’s a young man. He’s bought this place and is living there with his mum and dad, but in time, he’ll spread his wings, and the hope is they will stay there. It’s not a bad Christmas present for them, but it’s only what they deserve having done everything to help him get where he is today.”
The new home features five bathrooms, one for each bedroom, along with beautifully landscaped gardens, a double garage, and ample driveway space for multiple vehicles. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, featuring a separate dressing room, a vaulted ceiling, and a Juliette balcony that overlooks the back garden. The garden is designed for leisure, complete with artificial lawns, resin patios, raised beds, a bar area, and a hot tub situated beneath a pergola.
This property sold for £710,000 in January 2021 before being listed for close to £1 million last year. Littler’s recent achievements extend beyond real estate; he has also celebrated personal milestones, including passing his driving test and purchasing his first car in November.
With over £2 million in prize winnings already secured, Littler’s financial success is a testament to his hard work and dedication in the world of darts. As he continues to rise in prominence, his thoughtful gift to his parents underscores the importance of family support in his journey.
