Integrity360 Acquires Advantus360, Expands into North America
URGENT UPDATE: Integrity360 has officially acquired Canadian cybersecurity provider Advantus360, marking a pivotal expansion into North America. The deal, confirmed on January 6, 2026, positions Integrity360 to significantly enhance its cybersecurity services across both Canada and the United States.
This acquisition is a major step in Integrity360’s global expansion strategy and establishes its first operational base in North America. Although the financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, the impact is expected to be substantial for both companies.
Founded in 2015, Advantus360 has built a robust reputation in the cybersecurity sector, serving diverse enterprise customers across industries such as oil, gas, energy, transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, and retail. The company is recognized for its expertise in deploying innovative cybersecurity solutions, particularly in collaboration with Palo Alto Networks, and has strong partnerships with Cisco, HPE, and others.
With this acquisition, Integrity360 aims to transform Advantus360 into a key regional hub, enhancing its service offerings to meet the growing demand for comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. Plans are underway to establish a new security operations center in 2026, which will bolster the capabilities and resources at Advantus360.
Advantus360’s existing clients will soon gain access to Integrity360’s extensive portfolio of cybersecurity services. These include 24/7 incident response, cyber risk assessments, forensics services, PCI compliance, and managed services that cover everything from infrastructure management to continuous threat exposure management.
Ian Brown, Executive Chairman at Integrity360, stated: “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents our first presence in the strategically important North American market. Advantus360 has established an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting and solutions over the past decade.”
Brown emphasized the strength of Advantus360’s achievements, particularly in designing and supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions, which will be built upon as Integrity360 integrates its operations.
The urgency of this development cannot be overstated. As cyber threats continue to escalate globally, the integration of Advantus360 into Integrity360’s operations is poised to deliver enhanced cybersecurity support to businesses in North America, ensuring they have the necessary tools to defend against increasingly sophisticated attacks.
As this story develops, further insights into the integration process and the enhanced service offerings will be made available. Stay tuned for more updates on how this acquisition will shape the cybersecurity landscape in North America.
