Laura O’Neill Rejoins Treaty United for 2026 Women’s Premier Division

Treaty United has announced the re-signing of midfielder Laura O’Neill for the upcoming 2026 Women’s Premier Division season. This marks O’Neill’s return to the club for her third consecutive season at Markets Field.

O’Neill, a native of Limerick, comes off a productive season, making 12 appearances and contributing an assist across all competitions. Her football journey began with Caherdavin Celtic, later progressing through Coonagh United and Murroe AFC Ladies. O’Neill has also excelled at the underage level, captaining the U18 Limerick Women’s and Schoolgirls’ Soccer League squad while participating in training camps for the Republic of Ireland U17 and U19 teams.

In addition to her football career, O’Neill has a commendable background in camogie, having played for Limerick for nine years and representing her club, Na Piarsaigh.

O’Neill’s Commitment to Treaty United

Expressing her excitement about rejoining the team, O’Neill stated, “I’m delighted to be re-signing with Treaty United Women for another season.
