URGENT UPDATE: Authorities have launched a desperate appeal to locate Ugis Kuskis, a 50-year-old man missing since September 5th. Last seen in Swords, he is believed to have traveled to the Howth area, raising significant concerns for his safety.

Gardaí describe Ugis as 6 feet 2 inches tall, with grey hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and grey shoes. He was also carrying a multi-coloured rucksack. The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated, as Ugis’s loved ones are deeply worried for his well-being.
