Principal33 Launches Irish Operations Amid Surging Demand

UPDATE: European IT consultancy Principal33 has just launched its operations in Ireland, responding to an explosive demand from existing enterprise clients. With 32 employees already on board and plans to expand to 50 by the end of the year, the company is making a bold move to establish a significant presence in the Irish tech landscape.
This strategic expansion comes as Principal33 aims to generate annual revenues between €4 million and €5 million in Ireland alone. The company’s shift from remote service delivery to a localized approach highlights its commitment to embedding itself within the Irish technology ecosystem, ensuring enhanced service delivery for its multinational clients.
Founded in 2018, Principal33 already boasts a strong presence across Europe with offices in Romania, Spain, and Germany. The firm employs over 250 IT specialists and provides end-to-end digital transformation services tailored for enterprise clients. As it sets its sights on becoming the premier IT consultancy for multinationals in regulated sectors such as utilities, life sciences, finance, and transport, the urgency of its Irish expansion is palpable.
Ignacio Santiago, CEO of Principal33, expressed enthusiasm about the new venture, stating,
“We are genuinely excited and confident that what is unfolding in Ireland is not only aligned with our expectations, but a clear confirmation that our strategy is the right one.”
He emphasized that the positive feedback from both existing and prospective clients underscores the significant growth potential ahead.
Additionally, Paul Keegan, Chief Sales Officer and Head of Operations in Ireland, highlighted the dual benefit of their expansion, noting,
“Our expansion into Ireland reflects both a strong demand from existing clients and our commitment to long-term growth in this market.”
Keegan added that the Ireland team will be supported by nearshore delivery centers in Spain, ensuring a combination of quality, cost-efficiency, and speed that is unmatched in the industry.
As the tech sector in Iceland continues to evolve, Principal33 is poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape for firms across various sectors, including finance, pharmaceuticals, and aviation. With its aggressive growth strategy and commitment to local engagement, the company is set to establish itself as a key player in Ireland’s burgeoning tech market.
Looking ahead, industry watchers will keenly observe how Principal33 capitalizes on this momentum and what new partnerships may emerge as it integrates deeper into the Irish market. The urgency of this development not only marks a significant milestone for the firm but underscores the growing importance of localized operations in today’s global tech environment.
Stay tuned for more updates as Principal33 embarks on this exciting journey in Iceland.
