Irish Player Nears €64 Million EuroMillions Jackpot Win

On Tuesday, a significant EuroMillions draw saw one Irish player come remarkably close to winning a staggering €64.1 million jackpot. While the top prize went unclaimed, the excitement was palpable among the tens of thousands of players across Ireland who participated in the draw.
In total, over 42,000 players in Ireland won various prizes during the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus games. The numbers drawn in the main EuroMillions draw were: 11, 13, 24, 29, 33, with the Lucky Stars being 02 and 05. The fortunate player matched four of the main numbers and both Lucky Stars, missing the jackpot by just one number. This impressive feat earned them a prize of €643 for the 4 + 2 Stars category.
Details of the EuroMillions Plus Draw
The EuroMillions Plus draw, which occurred on the same evening, featured the numbers 07, 13, 19, 21, and 31. The €500,000 jackpot for this draw also went unclaimed. Nevertheless, 74 players matched four numbers, each winning €2,000.
In addition to these draws, the Ireland Only Raffle produced ten winners, each receiving €5,000. The winning raffle numbers were announced shortly after the draw, adding to the evening’s excitement.
Players across Ireland are encouraged to check their tickets to determine if they are among the lucky winners. Those holding winning tickets purchased in retail locations must claim their prizes within 90 days from the draw date.
The anticipation surrounding the EuroMillions continues to engage players, with many hopeful for future draws that may yield even larger jackpots.
