Complete Laboratory Solutions to Create 140 Jobs in Galway

Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) has announced plans to create up to 140 new jobs at its facility in Galway City over the next three years. This significant expansion will increase the company’s total workforce to approximately 400 employees.
The announcement marks a pivotal moment in CLS’s history, as it transitions from a successful national company to a prominent player on the global stage. According to Evelyn O’Toole, Founder and CEO of CLS, “This marks one of the most exciting phases in CLS’s journey, as we scale from a national success story to a global player.”
Strategic Growth in Multiple Sectors
CLS specializes in delivering testing, training, consultancy, and resourcing solutions to leading clients in various sectors, including the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, and Food and Beverage industries. The company is headquartered at the IDA Business Park on Tuam Road in Galway, with additional facilities in Ros Muc and Dublin.
This job creation initiative follows a substantial €9 million upskilling programme supported by IDA Ireland. This investment underscores CLS’s commitment to enhancing its workforce capabilities in line with its ambitious growth objectives.
Impact on the Local Economy
The creation of 140 jobs is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy, contributing to both employment opportunities and economic development in Galway. This expansion aligns with the region’s ongoing efforts to attract and retain businesses that drive innovation and growth.
As CLS embarks on this new phase, the company aims to strengthen its position in the international market while continuing to provide high-quality services to its existing clients. The future looks promising for both CLS and the local economy as this expansion unfolds.
