Synagogue Attack: Killer Calls 999, Pledges ISIS Allegiance

UPDATE: In a shocking turn of events, Jihad Al-Shamie called 999 during his brutal attack on the Heaton Park Hebrew Synagogue in Crumpsall, Manchester, pledging allegiance to the Islamic State.
