The council’s decision, made at their recent meeting, reflects the community’s pride in Cummins’ accomplishment. Cllr Caroline Dwane Stanley formally proposed the honor, which Cllr John King seconded, ensuring that the reception will be a momentous occasion for Cummins, her family, and supporters.
The reception will be held in the council chambers and will include a formal citation detailing Cummins’ contributions and achievements.
