Sky Sports Launches Unique Slawn Collaboration with Free Month of Access
Sky Sports is offering a unique opportunity for fans to acquire a limited-edition Slawn x Sky Sports shirt, along with a month of complimentary access to Sky Sports content. This initiative aims to engage 200 winners who will receive a one-time NOW TV code to enjoy extensive sports programming.
The collaboration features London-based artist Slawn, renowned for his vibrant streetwear designs. This marks the debut of a shirt that not only showcases artistic flair but also provides fans with access to live sports. The release aims to celebrate Sky Sports’ enhanced festive sports lineup for the 2025 season, which includes over 200 live matches across various leagues such as the Premier League, WSL, EFL, and SPFL from December 1, 2025, to January 3, 2026.
Fans will have the chance to secure these exclusive shirts on a first-come, first-served basis at designated drop locations in London and Birmingham on November 29 and 30. Specific locations will be announced through social media under the hashtag #SkySportsDrop. The excitement is set to build as content featuring Sky Sports football experts Micah Richards and Daniel Sturridge will tease the drop locations.
Slawn expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “I wanted to bring my art out of the gallery and onto the streets, straight into the fabric of football fandom, and I can’t wait to see how fans turn every find into a story worth sharing.” His approach encapsulates the energy of football culture, merging artistry with the sport’s community.
Richards, a prominent football expert at Sky Sports, commented on the collaboration, emphasizing the synergy between football and fashion. He noted, “These days, football and fashion have joined forces – the two move together as one, and this collaboration really nails that crossover.” He highlighted Sky Sports’ longstanding connection to football and praised Slawn’s raw creativity, which adds vibrancy to the partnership.
In addition to the shirt giveaway, Sky Sports is gearing up for an exciting festive period. Fans can look forward to high-stakes matches, including the historic Tyne-Wear derby featuring Sunderland and Newcastle, as well as a packed Boxing Day fixture list from the EFL. The WSL will also feature a significant clash as Arsenal takes on Liverpool Women.
This collaboration is not just about a shirt; it represents a fusion of culture, creativity, and the sports community, enhancing the experience for fans and celebrating the festive spirit of football. Enthusiasts are encouraged to keep an eye on Sky Sports and Slawn’s platforms for updates on the shirt drop and upcoming matches.
