Irish Life Health will implement a price increase of approximately 5 percent for health insurance policies starting from January 1, 2026. This adjustment affects customers renewing their policies on or after this date, while those currently mid-contract will not see changes until their renewal period.

This marks the fourth price hike in health insurance premiums for the company since the beginning of the year, as reported by the Irish Times. The latest increase could see some family plans rise by over €250 annually. Earlier in 2025, Irish Life Health increased prices by an average of 3.7 percent in January, followed by a 2 percent hike in April and a 3 percent increase in October.
