Irish Life Health To Raise Insurance Prices By 5% in January

Irish Life Health will implement an average price increase of 5 percent for health insurance policies, effective from January 1, 2026. This adjustment will affect all renewals that occur on or after this date. Customers currently mid-contract will not see changes until their next renewal period.

This increase marks the fourth adjustment made by Irish Life Health since the beginning of 2025. According to the Irish Times, some family plans could see annual costs rise by more than €250. Earlier this year, the company introduced a 3.7 percent average increase in January, followed by a 2 percent hike in April and another 3 percent increase in October.
