Aer Lingus has initiated a recruitment campaign for cabin crew positions, offering fixed-term contracts based at its Dublin hub. Successful applicants will join the Irish 4-star airline, operating flights to a range of destinations across Europe and North America.

Candidates will undergo a paid six-week training program at the Aer Lingus Training Academy in Dublin. This comprehensive training will encompass essential areas such as safety procedures, customer experience, first aid, and aviation regulations. Upon completion, participants will receive a European EASA Attestation, a recognized qualification for cabin crew, along with full first aid certification.

Flight Operations and Career Opportunities

Newly trained cabin crew members will operate on Aer Lingus’ fleet, including the advanced Airbus A321 XLR aircraft. They will service popular routes to cities like Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, London, and Faro, as well as key North American locations including New York, Boston, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Las Vegas.

In addition to a competitive pay structure, successful candidates will benefit from staff travel concessions from their first day of employment, along with ongoing training and development opportunities. Career advancement is a possibility within Aer Lingus, with many cabin crew members progressing to roles such as Senior Cabin Crew Member, Cabin Service Manager, Safety/SEP Instructor, Service Instructor, and Operations Crew Manager.

Qualifications and Application Process

The role of cabin crew is critical, requiring professionalism, empathy, and teamwork, along with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight flights. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, eligible to live and work in Ireland, fluent in English, hold a valid EEA passport, and be able to obtain a US visa. A minimum of 12 months’ experience in customer service or sales is also required.
