Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Office and Recruitment Administrator will report directly to the HR Manager and is expected to work onsite from 09:00 to 17:30. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
In addition to recruitment support, the role encompasses core administrative duties such as preparing new starter packs, processing employee departures, drafting contracts, and maintaining employee records. The administrator will also be responsible for keeping HR systems updated, ensuring data accuracy, and providing assistance with employee-related matters.
A focus on process improvement is encouraged, with the expectation that the new hire will actively seek ways to enhance operational efficiencies within the team.
Candidate Profile
Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in administration or office support, with prior experience in HR or recruitment considered advantageous. Ideal applicants will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, while familiarity with HR systems is desirable but not mandatory.
