Holly Hagan Reveals Stunning Weight Loss Transformation and Journey

Reality television star Holly Hagan has captivated her followers by sharing remarkable before-and-after photos showcasing her weight loss journey. The former cast member of Geordie Shore proudly displayed her transformation, having lost two stone (approximately 12.7 kilograms) in just six months.
In a series of candid posts on social media, Hagan detailed her experience, stating, “Losing 30lb in 6 months post partum whilst eating the foods I love and giving just 20 minutes per day to exercise.” She emphasized the importance of finding a program that fits into a busy lifestyle, especially for parents. Hagan added, “The science is simple, but it doesn’t mean it’s easy to put into practice.”
Hagan’s journey comes after a challenging relationship with body image and cosmetic surgery. She has openly discussed her past experiences, describing her feelings of being “triggered” when discussing her weight. At the young age of 18, she underwent her first breast augmentation, investing £4,000 to enhance her figure. This initial procedure was followed by additional surgeries, including a second breast augmentation that took her from an FF cup to a GG cup.
Reflecting on her surgeries, Hagan expressed that she once aspired to look like other celebrities, including Katie Price. In 2014, she received lip fillers and Botox injections, which she later regretted, calling it a mistake. The following year, she opted for a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), an increasingly popular cosmetic procedure where fat is transferred to the buttocks. However, her experiences with BBLs were fraught with disappointment. After a second procedure in Turkey, which cost £5,000—a fraction of the £15,000 price tag typically seen in the UK—Hagan faced complications and dissatisfaction with the results.
After undergoing a total of three BBLs, the last of which took place in January 2017, she found herself in a difficult emotional state. In 2019, she chose to have a breast reduction, bringing her size down from an FF cup to a DD cup, and began her journey toward a more natural appearance. Hagan has since focused on promoting a healthier lifestyle, stating that she has “naturally reversed” her Brazilian butt lift.
Hagan, who gained fame on MTV‘s Geordie Shore, has been candid about her experiences in the industry. She expressed a desire for better support and welfare during her early days on the show. Since marrying footballer Jacob Blyth in 2022, Hagan has welcomed their son, Alpha-Jax (AJ), born in June 2023. Earlier this year, she experienced the heartbreak of a miscarriage, which has added to her reflections on body image and self-acceptance.
As she shares her journey, Hagan remains committed to helping others find balance in their health and wellness. She acknowledges that there is no quick fix and encourages her followers to focus on sustainable changes rather than fleeting results. Through her candid posts and engagement with her community, Hagan continues to inspire others on their own journeys of self-discovery and body positivity.
