Donegal’s Indian Community Marks Onam Festival with Joyous Celebration
The Indian community in Donegal celebrated the annual Onam festival on September 24, 2023, at the Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny. Organized by the Donegal Indian Malayalee Association, the event brought together members of the community to honor this significant harvest festival, which is primarily celebrated by the people of Kerala.
Onam is a time of festivity, marking the harvest season with traditional meals, cultural performances, and community bonding.
