Dublin EuroMillions Player Wins Nearly €200,000 in Lotto Draw
A fortunate player in Dublin has reason to celebrate after winning nearly €200,000 in the EuroMillions draw held on November 7, 2023. Although the top jackpot of €98,027,155 went unclaimed, over 56,000 players in Ireland received various prizes from the EuroMillions and Plus games. The standout winner matched five numbers and one Lucky Star, earning a prize of €199,745.
The winning numbers from the EuroMillions draw were 11, 21, 39, 40, 43, with the Lucky Stars being 2 and 8. This impressive win came from a ticket purchased at the XL Store located on Main Street in Rush, North County Dublin.
Emma Monaghan, spokesperson for the National Lottery, expressed excitement over the win. We’re now urging all players to check their tickets very carefully – you could be holding a winning ticket!”

The lottery will then arrange for the winner to collect their life-changing prize at the Lottery Headquarters.
