Letterkenny Pipe Band Celebrates 25 Years with Special Dinner Dance

The Letterkenny & District Pipe Band will mark its 25th anniversary with a special dinner dance on October 10, 2025. Founded in 2000, the band has proudly represented Donegal both locally and internationally. This milestone year has been particularly noteworthy, as the band participated in the prestigious New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade and secured a second-place finish in their grade at the World Pipe Band Championships.

The anniversary celebration will take place at the Orchard Inn in Letterkenny. Organizers are inviting “past and present members, supporters, and friends” to join in honoring a quarter-century of musical achievement and community spirit.

Doors will open at 19:00, with dinner served at 19:30, followed by dancing beginning at 21:30. The event promises to be a memorable evening of entertainment and camaraderie.
