Complete Laboratory Solutions to Create 140 Jobs in Galway

Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) has announced plans to create up to 140 new jobs at its facility in Galway over the next three years. This expansion will increase the company’s workforce to approximately 400 employees, marking a significant milestone in its 30-year history.
The announcement was made by Evelyn O’Toole, the Founder and CEO of CLS, who described this development as one of the most exciting phases in the company’s journey. “This marks one of the most exciting phases in CLS’s journey, as we scale from a national success story to a global player,” O’Toole stated.
Expansion Details and Support
Located at the IDA Business Park on the Tuam Road, the Galway facility focuses on delivering a range of services including testing, training, consultancy, and resourcing solutions. CLS serves clients that are leaders in several industries such as the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, and Food and Beverage sectors. In addition to its Galway location, the company operates facilities in Ros Muc and Dublin.
This job creation initiative follows a recent investment of €9 million in an upskilling programme, which is supported by IDA Ireland. The investment aims to enhance the skills of the existing workforce and prepare for the anticipated growth that the new positions will bring.
The new roles will cover various functions within the company and are expected to contribute significantly to the local economy. As CLS continues to expand its operations, the focus remains on fostering talent and innovation in the laboratory solutions sector.
This expansion reflects CLS’s commitment to becoming a prominent player on the global stage, bolstered by its strong foundation in Galway and its established reputation in the industry.
