Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) has announced plans to add up to 140 new jobs at its facility in Galway over the next three years. This expansion will increase the company’s workforce to approximately 400 employees, marking a significant milestone in its 30-year history.

Evelyn O’Toole, Founder and CEO of CLS, described the announcement as one of the most exciting phases in the company’s journey. Expansion of Services and Workforce

CLS specializes in delivering testing, training, consultancy, and resourcing solutions to leaders in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, and Food and Beverage industries. The company operates from its facility located at the IDA Business Park on Tuam Road in Galway, with additional sites in Ros Muc and Dublin.

The announcement follows a significant investment in workforce development, with CLS implementing a €9 million upskilling programme. This initiative, supported by IDA Ireland, aims to enhance the skills of current and future employees, ensuring the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
