9-Year-Old Boy Dies in Machinery Accident in Donegal, HSA Responds

URGENT UPDATE: A 9-year-old boy has tragically lost his life in a machinery accident in Co Donegal last night, August 22, 2025. The incident occurred outside the town of Dungloe, sending shockwaves through the local community where the boy’s family is well-known.
