CMAT’s Album Release Sparks Ticket Frenzy as Fans Left ‘Gutted’

BREAKING: A pop music frenzy erupted today as Irish singer CMAT launched her highly anticipated album, Euro-Country, while London’s Olivia Dean triggered a massive ticket scramble for her upcoming tour. Both events sent fans into a whirlwind of excitement and disappointment across social media.
CMAT, whose full name is Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson, released her third album this morning, featuring 12 tracks that explore themes from heartbreak to Irish identity. Fans are already hailing it as “a masterpiece,” with overwhelming praise flooding online. One enthusiastic listener exclaimed, “The album is incredible. Some of the best song titles ever!”
In conjunction with her album launch, CMAT has announced six additional shows in the UK and Ireland. Her It’s The Euro-Country Tour is set to take her to the 3Arena stage in Dublin on December 5. Following a brief hiatus after her UK performances, the 29-year-old will play a massive gig in St Anne’s Park on May 30, 2026. Tickets for this homecoming show went on sale at 11 AM today, but they vanished within hours due to high demand. A limited number of tickets remain for her concert in Cork’s Virgin Media Park on June 20.
Meanwhile, Olivia Dean’s ticket sales kicked off this morning for her Art of Loving Life tour, set for June 20 and June 21 at Fairview Park in Dublin. Much like CMAT’s shows, Dean’s tickets sold out in mere minutes, leaving many fans feeling “gutted” and pleading for additional dates. One fan lamented, “I’m so sad I didn’t get tickets,” while another added, “Lost the Ticketmaster war, again.”
As fans flooded social media to express their frustration, the demand for both artists’ shows underscores the massive popularity of live music and the emotional connection fans have with their favorite performers.
With both CMAT and Dean generating significant buzz just ahead of their respective releases and shows, the excitement is palpable. Stay tuned for further updates as more details emerge regarding potential additional tour dates and album reviews.
