Man, Teen Charged in Violent Citywest Disturbances; Court Update

UPDATE: A 42-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy have been charged with violent disorder following significant disturbances in Saggart, Co Dublin on the night of October 22. This urgent situation has escalated tensions in the area, prompting immediate court appearances.

The court was informed that Dillon was seen throwing items and launching fireworks at Gardaí, leading to his arrest due to “highly aggressive and confrontational behaviour” with multiple threats to harm. He will remain in custody and is set to appear in court again on the morning of October 31.
