Mulroy College Welcomes First Year Students with Excitement

UPDATE: Mulroy College in Milford has just welcomed its newest cohort of First Year students, creating a buzz of excitement and nervous anticipation across the campus. This significant event took place earlier this week, with Principal Ms Fiona Temple leading the warm welcome for the 2025 class.
The atmosphere was electric as students gathered to embark on their high school journey. Renowned local photographer Clive Wasson captured the heartfelt moments, showcasing the joy and apprehension of the young pupils stepping into their new environment. Teachers and staff were also present to support and guide the newcomers.
In each classroom, dedicated educators played a key role in making students feel at home. For instance, in Rang Aine, Class Teacher Joanne Gallinagh and Year Head Darragh Kelly were joined by Assistant Year Head Trudy O’Donnell, Deputy Principals Amanda Quinn and David Mc Hale, along with Special Needs Assistant Mary MacGinley to ensure a smooth transition for the students.
In Rang Aodhan, Class Teacher Chloe Borland led her group with the same supportive team, emphasizing the collaborative spirit of the school. Similarly, Rang Aaron featured Class Teacher Selina Bonner, who was joined by the same dedicated staff to foster a nurturing environment for the students.
The excitement continued in Rang Ailbhe, where Class Teacher Angela Mc Daid welcomed her new students alongside the supportive faculty. With such a strong network of educators, Mulroy College is poised to provide an enriching experience for its First Year students.
