The mobile sensory room, which cost €60,000 funded entirely by public donations, caters to both children and adults, making it inclusive for all ages. “We had children as young as two and adults up to 65 in here today,” said Enright. “Autism doesn’t just stop because you turn 18; we provide support for adults as well.”

ASD Ireland, founded by Enright and Caroline Hogan to combat the lack of inclusive activities for their children with autism, has been a lifeline for approximately 3,500 people annually.
