Noel Gallagher’s recent stay at Carton House has drawn significant attention after the Oasis guitarist performed two sell-out shows at Croke Park. The rock star reportedly spent a staggering €80,000 for his weekend accommodation at the five-star hotel in Maynooth, County Kildare. This lavish expense included a personal suite that cost €7,000, alongside accommodations for his daughter, Anaïs, and his security and management team.

Gallagher checked into the hotel on Friday afternoon, just hours after arriving in Dublin. He was spotted later that evening at Brady’s Clockhouse pub in Maynooth, where he caused a local frenzy as fans gathered to catch a glimpse of the musician.

The Gallagher brothers made headlines as they returned to Ireland for their first performances since 2009. More than 160,000 fans attended the concerts over the weekend, with many praising their electrifying reunion on social media. Despite missing out on tickets for the second show, crowds outside the stadium joined in a mass singalong, creating a lively atmosphere reminiscent of a festival.

As Liam and Noel Gallagher took the stage for the final Dublin date of their reunion tour, those who could not secure tickets still celebrated by gathering in the streets surrounding the GAA venue. After the final performance, the band members enjoyed a night out at O’Donoghue’s pub in Dublin’s south city centre. Members of the group, including Noel, guitarist Paul Arthurs—known as ‘Bonehead’—Gem Archer, and drummer Joey Waronker, mingled with celebrities such as Dominic West, Jasmine Guinness, and Laura Whitmore. U2 frontman Bono, who attended the concert, also made an appearance at the pub, leaving around 1:00 AM.

Among the crowd at Croke Park were well-known figures including Vogue Williams, former England international Peter Crouch, and TV personalities Brian Dowling and Arthur Gourounlian. Notably, Simon Harris, the Fine Gael leader, attended the Sunday night performance, wearing an Oasis bucket hat and expressing gratitude for what he described as an “incredible gig” and “magical atmosphere.”

Michael Flatley, famed for his role in Riverdance, was also in attendance, capturing a moment with the Gallagher brothers’ mother, Peggy, who recently underwent knee surgery. Liam dedicated the song “Stand By Me” to her during the concert, telling the audience, “This next one’s for me mam, she’s had a knee operation in the past couple of months.”
