Emirates Launches Fourth Direct Flight to Dubai with Agent Dinners
Travel agents in Ireland recently gathered for two regional dinners organized by Visit Dubai and Emirates in Cork and Kilkenny. The events, which highlighted the vibrant tourist destination of Dubai, coincided with the launch of Emirates’ new daily direct flight service from Dublin to Dubai.
On October 26, 2023, Emirates inaugurated its fourth daily flight from Dublin, enhancing travel connectivity between Ireland and Dubai. The new service departs Dublin at 08:25 and arrives in Dubai at 08:00, providing Irish travelers with increased flexibility when planning their trips to the UAE and beyond.
Engaging Evenings for Travel Agents
The dinner in Cork took place at SeventySeven, where 17 travel agents were hosted. The following evening, Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny welcomed 10 agents. Both events featured a delightful three-course meal while offering updates on Dubai’s tourism landscape.
Guests received insights about the recently renovated Dubai Fountain Show and the winter opening of Global Village, further showcasing Dubai as a premier travel destination. Additionally, the evenings included presentations from Emirates on their expanding flight network from Ireland and valuable overviews from two hotel partners.
Highlights from Hotel Partners
At the Cork event, representatives from Kerzner provided updates on their luxury hotel brands, including Atlantis and One&Only. The presence of these renowned names underscored Dubai’s reputation for high-end accommodation and experiences.
Meanwhile, the Kilkenny dinner featured insights from Jumeirah, focusing on their picturesque properties at Madinat Jumeirah. These presentations were not only informative but also emphasized the luxurious offerings available to travelers in Dubai.
These dinners served as a perfect platform for agents to connect with industry leaders and learn about the latest developments in Dubai’s tourism sector. As Emirates continues to expand its services, agents are better equipped to promote the destination to potential travelers.
The collaboration between Visit Dubai and Emirates reflects a commitment to strengthening ties between Ireland and Dubai, ensuring that travelers have access to a wide range of options as they plan their journeys.
