FBD Hotels & Resorts has launched a new sustainable spa brand named fréamh, exclusively available in its hotel spas starting from mid-November. The new collection, which embodies the essence of Irish heritage, will be featured at four locations: Castleknock Hotel Dublin, The Heritage Laois, Faithlegg Waterford, and Killashee Kildare.

The brand’s ambassador, Rachael Blackmore, reflects the spirit of this unique offering, which draws its name from the Irish word for “root.” The term symbolizes grounding, balance, and a connection to the natural rhythms of Ireland.
