TUI Group Expands European Hotel Portfolio with Four New Openings

TUI Group is set to enhance its European hotel offerings with the addition of four new properties, scheduled to open in spring 2026. The new hotels include the TUI Blue Pardu in Italy, TUI Blue Yaramar in Spain, TUI Blue Maviss in Türkiye, and the Akra Didim Resort & Spa, which will operate under TUI Group’s joint venture brand, Akra Hotels. These developments reflect TUI’s ongoing commitment to expanding its presence in popular tourist destinations across Europe.
New Properties Across Europe
The TUI Blue Pardu will welcome guests in May 2026. Located in southern Sardinia, this resort promises to be an ideal base for exploring the island. It will feature 145 rooms, a TUI Kids Club for families, and diverse dining options including a buffet and à la carte restaurant. Active guests can take advantage of various sports facilities, including tennis and paddle courts.
In the same month, TUI Blue Yaramar will open its doors in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. This adults-only hotel will offer 225 rooms, an expansive swimming pool with ocean views, and a variety of entertainment options. Guests can enjoy two restaurants, one à la carte and one buffet, alongside a well-equipped gym and activities such as aqua training and yoga.
The TUI Blue Maviss is another exciting addition, set to open in April 2026. Located in Belek, Türkiye, this newly built property will have 499 rooms and is designed with families in mind. It will include three à la carte restaurants, swim-up rooms, and a TUI Kids Club. The hotel’s coastal location provides access to wide beaches and natural thermal baths.
A Focus on Culinary and Wellness Experiences
In April 2026, the Akra Didim Resort & Spa will also be launched along the Turkish Aegean coast. This property is known for its culinary excellence and offers a range of amenities for sports enthusiasts, including premier tennis, padel, and pickleball courts. With 359 rooms, the resort will feature a variety of accommodation options, including deluxe rooms and suites with private pools and jacuzzis. Guests can also unwind at the Sarnıç Spa & Wellness Center, which provides traditional Turkish hammam experiences and various wellness therapies.
According to Peter Krueger, member of the TUI Group Executive Board and CEO of Holiday Experiences, “While TUI Group continues to pursue dynamic growth in long-haul markets… Europe remains a key pillar of our business.” He emphasized that these new hotels will enhance TUI’s diverse product offerings in regions favored by guests.
With these four new openings, TUI Group is reinforcing its position as a leading provider of holiday experiences. The company’s portfolio boasts over 450 resorts worldwide, including more than 230 hotels across 12 European countries. The strategic expansion reflects TUI’s commitment to meeting the evolving preferences of travelers while maintaining a strong foothold in the competitive European market.
