For individuals looking for additional options, she also highlighted Perspirex antiperspirant, which is known to control excessive sweating. Dr. Arora advised consumers to ensure that any spray product they choose is labeled as an “antiperspirant” rather than simply a deodorant.

She stated, “You do want the ones that have aluminium in them because they can help to reduce sweating.” However, for those who prefer to avoid aluminium, she suggested considering alternatives such as Bionsen, which can neutralize odour but will not prevent sweating.
