ATU Open Days: Explore Your Future November 6 & 8, 2023
URGENT UPDATE: Atlantic Technological University (ATU) is set to host a series of crucial Open Days at its nine campuses this November, with the first events taking place on November 6 and November 8 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Letterkenny campus. This is an unmissable opportunity for anyone exploring their educational options!
The Open Days are open to a wide audience, including Leaving Certificate and A-Level students, postgraduates, part-time learners, mature students, parents, and teachers. Visitors will have the chance to interact with academic staff, current students, and support teams, all eager to provide insights into the diverse range of study options available at ATU.
These events promise an immersive experience, allowing attendees to tour the campus and visit state-of-the-art facilities while discovering the expanding list of programs, including newly introduced CAO courses in Physiotherapy and Pharmacy. Notably, ATU anticipates welcoming its first cohort of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery students in September 2026.
Fiona Kelly, ATU’s Marketing Manager, emphasized the importance of these Open Days, stating, “Choosing where to study is one of the biggest decisions a student will make, and no amount of online research can replace experiencing the campuses in person.” She encouraged prospective students to seize the opportunity to meet lecturers and support staff for honest answers about programs, accommodation, and student life.
Jack Burke, an ATU graduate marketing intern, added, “Whether you’re a student exploring your next step or just curious about life at ATU, we can’t wait to welcome you. There’s so much to explore, from clubs and societies to scholarship opportunities.”
As the university landscape evolves rapidly, these Open Days represent a critical step for students and families considering higher education. Whether you are just starting to think about university or finalizing your choices, ATU’s Open Days offer the perfect environment to make informed decisions about your future.
