Galway Healer Draws Global Visitors Seeking Spiritual Remedies
Visitors from around the world flock to Galway to meet Pat Noone, a healer renowned for his unique blend of Celtic spiritual practices and folk traditions. Central to his approach is a special stone he claims possesses healing powers, particularly in assisting couples struggling with fertility. Noone, a native of Kilconnell, has been engaged in these practices throughout his life, attributing his abilities to a family legacy passed down through generations.
Noone describes himself as a “Celtic spiritual healer” and a “fairy whisperer,” although he admits he cannot fully explain how his powers work. “It was passed down to me, it was in our family, and we don’t know how it works either,” he said. Visitors come to his farm, Green Hills Farm Stays, seeking relief from various ailments, including anxiety, physical pain, and fertility issues.
Increasing Demand for Fertility Assistance
In recent years, Noone has noticed a significant rise in individuals seeking help with fertility. He claims a remarkable 60 percent success rate with his fertility stone, a claim he emphasizes is both private and effective. “I have a fertility stone here on the land, and I have great success with this stone for people that can’t have kids,” he explained. He adds that his approach involves a personal, one-on-one session where couples can sit on the stone in complete privacy.
Beyond fertility, Noone offers guided tours of his land, showcasing spiritual sites including ancient cairns and fairy forts, which are deeply rooted in Irish folklore. He shares his knowledge of local myths, inviting visitors to connect with the mystical elements of the landscape. “I do tours here in the land as well, where I have a fairy fort, and I have fairy trees,” he noted.
Noone believes that the need for spiritual healing is more pressing than ever. With societal challenges rising globally, he feels that his services provide peace to those in distress. He stated, “There are people out there that need help…they come here and they get great peace.”
A Unique Approach to Healing
Pat Noone emphasizes that his healing methods are not documented, preferring to keep his practices personal and private. “I have great cures and different things for people as well, and I wouldn’t let anyone write down what I do to help them,” he explained. His approach is rooted in respect for the personal journeys of those who seek his help.
He has a diverse clientele, often noting that many of his visitors are younger adults facing overwhelming pressures. “There’s a lot of young people coming to me. They’re in their 30s and 40s, just strangled with financial difficulty,” he remarked. Noone aims to help them release their energy blocks, providing a sense of freedom and peace.
Despite the mystical nature of his work, Noone maintains a grounded perspective. He stresses the importance of confidentiality, limiting his healing sessions to one person at a time to ensure a private experience. “Anyone that comes for a healing session is fiercely private,” he stated.
Pat Noone’s combination of traditional healing and modern empathy resonates with many, drawing a steady stream of visitors to his farm. As he continues to practice his craft, he remains a unique figure in the intersection of ancient beliefs and contemporary needs, offering solace and support to those who seek it.
