											UPDATE: A 51-year-old man missing from his home in Dublin for over three weeks has been located “safe and well,” according to An Garda Síochána. Mark Duggan was reported missing on October 9, 2025, sparking widespread concern and a public appeal for information.
Duggan, who is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, brown hair, and blue eyes, was last seen wearing black runners, grey trousers, and a grey jacket. His disappearance prompted a significant search effort, attracting media coverage and community attention.
