Additionally, the overconsumption of electrolyte drinks among casual gym-goers raises concerns. Unless one is experiencing severe dehydration, these drinks are unnecessary, as water suffices for most hydration needs.

Lastly, the trend of mouth taping to encourage nasal breathing during sleep has gained popularity, despite potential risks for those with sleep apnea. Experts recommend caution until more scientific evidence is available.
