Couple Celebrates Joyful Wedding in Scenic Munster Setting

Jessica O’Sullivan and Brett Sutherland recently celebrated their wedding in a picturesque setting in Munster, Ireland, surrounded by family and friends. The couple, who have a three-year-old son named Ozzie, first tied the knot at the Cork Registry Office on September 29, 2023, in a private ceremony with immediate family members. The following day, they hosted a larger celebration at Galtee Escape in Mitchelstown, Co. Limerick, where they were joined by 80 of their closest loved ones.

The wedding ceremony took place in a beautifully decorated Tipi on the lawn, providing a charming backdrop for the couple’s vows. Guests were accommodated in the elegant Manor House, while the renovated barn in the courtyard served as the venue for dinner and dancing. The couple also arranged a unique post-wedding photoshoot at Peddlers Lake in Conor Pass, Dingle, Co. Kerry, capturing the stunning natural beauty of the area.

Music played a significant role in the ceremony. Jessica’s best friend, Maria, serenaded her down the aisle with a heartfelt rendition of Adele’s “Make You Feel My Love.” Meanwhile, Brett’s best friend performed Paul Simon’s “Under African Skies,” creating a personal touch that resonated with the couple. During the ceremony, they exchanged personal vows, further enhancing the intimate and meaningful atmosphere.

In a playful twist, the couple had planned a special role for their son Ozzie during the ceremony. As a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, they devised a creative activity where guests would find jigsaw pieces hidden under their chairs. Each piece was to be handed to Ozzie, culminating in a final piece that the parents would provide. Unfortunately, Ozzie fell asleep at the beginning of the ceremony and missed out on the entire event, adding a humorous touch to the day.
