Autumn Arrivals Spark Excitement
As summer draws to a close, Dunnes Stores is generating buzz with a new autumn knit co-ord. The retailer recently announced the launch of a stunning burgundy knit set, which includes the Soft Knit Short Sleeve Top for €15 and the Soft Knit A-Line Midi Skirt for €18. Both pieces are sold separately and are designed to offer versatility for various occasions.
The top is crafted from a cotton blend with a ribbed finish, ideal for layering. It features a raised seam detail down the front, while the skirt boasts an elegant A-line silhouette created from a soft and lightweight cotton-blend knit fabric. With its elasticated waistband, the skirt promises comfort throughout the day.
This new set is available in sizes 8 to 22 and can be purchased online or in stores nationwide. Fashion enthusiasts are particularly excited about the two available colors: burgundy and cream.
Dunnes Stores: A Legacy of Value and Quality
Founded in 1944 in Cork, Dunnes Stores has established itself as a staple in Irish retail. The company opened its first store on Patrick Street, quickly attracting shoppers eager for quality clothing at reasonable prices. The initial excitement led to a frenzy, requiring police assistance to manage the crowd.
Dunnes Stores expanded its offerings beyond clothing, introducing grocery items in 1960 with a focus on providing better value. Over the years, the retailer grew its presence, opening its first Dublin store in 1957, followed by locations in Northern Ireland, Spain, Scotland, and England.
Now with 142 stores and employing 15,000 people, Dunnes Stores continues to uphold its commitment to quality and value, featuring a wide selection of products sourced from both local suppliers and international partners. The enduring legacy of Dunnes Stores reflects its adaptability and responsiveness to consumer needs, ensuring it remains a beloved choice for shoppers in Ireland and beyond.
