The Annual Winter Woolie Warmer 5K, organized by the Letterkenny Rotary Club, is set to take place tonight, November 18, 2023. The event will start at Aldi and finish at Divers Hyundai Garage on Canal Road, providing participants with a familiar flat course from last year.

This fully timed race serves as an excellent opportunity for runners to prepare for the upcoming Letterkenny Athletic Turkey Trot. Online registration is available for €10 at the event’s official site, while in-person sign-ups can be completed from 18:00 for €12 at Divers Hyundai.

The race is set to commence at 20:00, and all proceeds will benefit the We Care LK Foodbank. Organizers encourage community support, highlighting the event’s role in aiding local efforts to combat food insecurity.
