Vogue Williams Shares Breakfast Secrets and Salad Stance

Vogue Williams has opened up about her dietary preferences, revealing why she does not include salad in her meals. Known for her fit physique, the Dublin-based broadcaster and mother of three insists that salads don’t satisfy her hunger and are not a complete meal. Williams, 39, shared her views in an interview with Closer Magazine, stating, “I don’t have salad as a meal ever – salads are side portions.”
According to Williams, opting for a salad during lunch leaves people feeling hungry shortly after. She remarked, “When people order salad for lunch, I’m like ‘You’re going to be hungry in half an hour!’ I just can’t!” While many celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston, promote leafy greens as a healthy option, Williams prefers more substantial meals to fuel her busy lifestyle.
Breakfast Choices That Energize
When it comes to breakfast, Williams turns to hearty options, regularly consuming eggs with toast or porridge. She attributes her ability to maintain her impressive fitness to a consistent workout regimen, exercising in the gym approximately five to six times a week, even during her pregnancies. In an interview with the Daily Mail, she explained her approach to fitness: “I think if you feel up to it, then you might as well do it. I wouldn’t train if I didn’t feel like it, so I judge it like that.”
Despite the frequency of her workouts, Williams clarified that her sessions typically last only 20 to 30 minutes. This manageable routine allows her to balance her fitness goals with the demands of motherhood.
Williams and her husband, reality star Spencer Matthews, are parents to three young children: Theodore, five, Gigi, four, and Otto, three. Both parents frequently share glimpses of their family life on social media, providing followers with updates on their hectic yet joyful experiences.
Recently, Williams delighted fans by posting an adorable video of Gigi, who showcased her storytelling talent. In the clip, Gigi enthusiastically begins her tale, stating, “I’m going to tell everyone that’s watching me on camera a story, I’m going to do it right now – are you ready for me to start?” She narrates a whimsical story about a character named Isabella who experiences a range of emotions.
In her caption, Williams referred to Gigi as “the queen of storytelling,” highlighting the family’s involvement in the moment. She added humorously that none of them felt frustrated like Isabella, which resonated with her followers.
As a prominent figure in the fitness and lifestyle realm, Vogue Williams continues to inspire many with her candid approach to health and family life. By openly sharing her preferences and experiences, she remains relatable to her audience while maintaining her status as a role model in the realm of wellness.
