Conor McGregor’s Business Partner Predicts Summer UFC Return
Conor McGregor may be on the verge of returning to the UFC, according to a bold prediction from his business partner, David Feldman. McGregor, who has not fought since July 10, 2021, when he suffered a severe leg injury during a bout against Dustin Poirier, could be making his comeback this summer.
Since that fateful night, various fights have been rumored, but none have come to fruition for a myriad of reasons. McGregor’s health and fitness have often been cited as significant factors contributing to his prolonged absence from the Octagon.
Feldman’s Enthusiasm for McGregor’s Return
Feldman, co-owner of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship, has expressed immense confidence in McGregor’s current condition. He stated in an interview with The Boys in the Back, “Let me tell you something. The best times 10 Conor McGregor you’ve ever seen right now.”
Feldman believes McGregor is in better shape now than during his prime. He noted, “He’s the most focused – he just wants to do everything right. He’s training his ass off each and every day.” His comments suggest that McGregor is fully committed to his fitness regime, emphasizing healthy eating and a disciplined lifestyle.
“This is the best Conor McGregor that I’ve personally ever seen. I’ve never seen a Conor McGregor like this, more focused than I ever thought he could get,” Feldman added, highlighting the fighter’s dedication to his training.
Possible Venue and Future Events
Feldman further speculated that McGregor’s return could take place at the White House, suggesting that Donald Trump might play a role in organizing the event. He stated, “It makes sense for him to fight at the White House. He visited the White House. He’s friends with Trump. It just makes sense for him to be here.”
Despite the uncertainty surrounding negotiations and financial details, Feldman expressed a high degree of confidence in McGregor’s imminent return to the UFC, estimating his confidence level at “around 99%.”
Feldman acknowledged that McGregor had previously voiced concerns about the stability of his contract, specifically regarding pay-per-view points. Nonetheless, he believes the UFC would be eager to facilitate McGregor’s comeback, as it would be beneficial for both parties.
As McGregor’s fans eagerly await further developments, Feldman’s enthusiastic predictions provide a glimmer of hope for a summer return to the Octagon.
