Despite several opportunities to extend their lead, Kilmacrennan could not capitalize, thanks to a series of impressive saves by Lynch.

The second half saw a determined response from Kildrum. Their equalizer came in the 65th minute when Luke Toland headed home a precise cross from Tiernan Brown. As the match approached its conclusion, Kildrum struck again in dramatic fashion. In injury time, Brown assisted McKinley, who powered the ball into the net to secure all three points for Kildrum.

Letterkenny Rovers Triumph Over Donegal Town

In another highlight from the weekend, Letterkenny Rovers emerged victorious against Donegal Town with a score of 3-1. Other noteworthy results included a 2-0 victory for Bonagee United over Fanad United, and a high-scoring affair where Drumoghill triumphed 8-1 against Deele Harps, reinforcing their position at the top of the league standings.
