Letterkenny’s Margaret Coyle Raises €2,500 for Domestic Violence Service
UPDATE: In a remarkable display of community spirit, Margaret Coyle from Letterkenny has raised an impressive €2,500 for the Donegal Domestic Violence service, marking her 24th year of dedicated fundraising. This significant contribution comes as part of her annual hamper draw, just concluded for 2025.
The funds will directly support vital services for those affected by domestic violence in Donegal. Coyle’s initiative has made a notable impact over the years, benefiting numerous charities including the Kevin Bell Trust, Little Blue Heroes, and the Sheephaven Sub-Aqua Club.
Margaret expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards local businesses for their unwavering support. “This fundraising wouldn’t be possible without the amazing contributions from local enterprises each year,” she stated.
Looking ahead, Coyle is already gearing up for what she hopes will be an even more successful 25th year of fundraising in 2026. “Here’s to 2026 marking 25 years of fundraising. I hope it’s another amazing year. A massive thanks to my team of helpers who always support me year to year; your support is very much appreciated.
